Made-To-Measure pieces are custom-fit to your exact specifications and sealed directly onto your body to create a fixed adornment.
Made-To-Measure jewelry is available exclusively in Charleston via Private Events and Trunk Shows.
Share your event details with us and we will contact you promptly to schedule your bespoke experience.
Our private events require a minimum of 5 guests. As the host, you’ll receive a complimentary 10% off all Made-To-Measure pieces—a thank you for including Weldin Geiger on your guest list.
Made-To-Measure appointments are 20 minutes. This allows ample time to deliver the intimate experience of chain selection, measuring, and sealing.
If you decide to part ways with your bracelet, it may be removed with scissors—we recommend cutting at the seam to maintain the integrity of the chain.
We can reseal bracelets if the links are in their original condition.
Email Us to coordinate a reseal and we will help you out ASAP.
Please be advised that if your chain is no longer in its original condition and beyond a re-seal, a new piece must be purchased.

The minimum age for our Made-To-Measure jewelry service is ten years. It is mandatory for minors under the age of 14 to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment.
* For private event guests under 10, we are happy to special order alternative pieces upon request.
Made-To-Measure pieces are measured and sized for a personal fit. Given this, all Made-To-Measure jewelry is considered Final Sale and is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Diamonds
Message us to work together!
Yes! We can reset clients’ diamonds on a case-by-case basis. We require certification, paperwork on the stone, and insurance coverage.
DIAMOND TYPES
Type II diamonds contain little if any nitrogen, and they are subdivided into two groups (IIa and IIb), both of which are quite rare (less than 2% of all gem diamonds).

PAYMENT
We accept the payment methods identified in the order process via the Sales Channels. When ordering, you will need to provide your payment details through the appropriate Sales Channels. Depending on the means of payment, we may require additional information, including specific forms of identification. All payment card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses to authorize payment to us, you will need to contact your card issuer directly to solve this problem.
Other payment methods may also be subject to validation checks and authorization by the payment system providers. You expressly authorize us to perform security checks, where we deem necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your payment card details, to authenticate your identity, validate your payment card, obtain an initial payment card authorization, and authorize individual purchase transactions.
Where we offer you the ability to prepay for your products, either in full or as a partial prepayment, the prepayment will be taken immediately following the placement of your order and subject to the specific requirements communicated by the applicable Sales Channels during the prepayment process. Prepayments (in whole or in part) are non-refundable; however, prepayments shall not impact your legal rights under these Conditions of Sale.
When using the Sales Channels, we only accept bank wire transfer for orders placed by telephone through the Client Relations Center, and such orders are subject to an order approval process. We do not charge a fee for bank wire transfers; however, some financial institutions may charge a fee for using a bank wire transfer. Your order will not be processed until the payment has been received and confirmed by us and will be canceled if the wire transfer payment is not credited into our bank account within seven (7) days after the order is placed.
Weldin Geiger is prohibited under U.S. law from making sales of its goods to individuals or companies designated on the Office of Foreign Assets Controls (“OFAC”) Specially Designated Nationals (“SDN”) List, or to country destinations sanctioned by the U.S. Any such transactions will be declined.

PURCHASING ELIGIBILITY
Only individuals (and not legal entities) who (a) have reached the age of legal majority required to enter contracts (eighteen in most states); (b) have legal capacity to enter contracts; and (c) where shipping is applicable, have a shipping address in the continental United States of America, Alaska, Hawaii, or the District of Columbia, may order products through the Sales Channels. If you are under the age of legal majority or otherwise cannot lawfully enter a contract, you must have your parent or guardian place an order on your behalf and they will be asked to agree to these Conditions of Sale.
By placing an order through the Sales Channels, you represent and warrant that you are a bona fide end-user customer purchasing for your own or another’s personal use and will not deliver, sell, or otherwise distribute our products or purchase our products or services for other purposes. Bulk purchases are prohibited.

Fine Jewelry
Fine jewelry must be returned to us unworn with the original protective coverings and in their original packaging, including warranty, presentation box, and any outer packaging. Please only remove the protective cover and packaging once you are certain that you wish to keep them.
Pieces worn, adjusted, or altered in any capacity will not be accepted.
Special Order
Special Order, Made-to-Measure, and Custom Design pieces are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Late Returns
Your item(s) should be returned and sent back to us within seven days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Weldin Geiger and may only be refunded as a store credit.
